Pets are always welcome at Huntsville Parc Apartment Homes. Your dog will jump for joy at the sight of our on-site Bark Parc, while your cat will be purring in our bright and airy apartments. We allow up to two pets per apartment home, up to 80 pounds. Breed restrictions and fees apply.

Our Pet Policy:

  • Cats and dogs welcome
  • All pets must be registered
  • Non-refundable pet fee: $300 for one pet, $500 for two pets
  • $15 monthly pet rent per pet
